Just over a year ago, Miami SS Adeiny Hechavarria ($7,002) landed on the DL. Ironically, he's hurt again, this time with a shoulder injury, sidelining him for the past three games. However, reports suggest that Hechavarria will return to action against the Cubs Tuesday. He's hit safely in seven of the last eight games to wrap up a May that wasn't nearly as strong as his April, but there's no doubt that this 26-year-old Cuban's bat is coming around this year. Hechavarria's counting cats are up and he's hitting a robust .300 with a much better .330 OBP. Make sure he's in the Marlin lineup before grabbing him, but considering he's owned the Cubs over his career (.342 BA), this is a dude you want in your lineup. Can you believe how Texas LF Josh Hamilton ($11,797) has suddenly remembered how to hit now that he's back with the Rangers? With Texas dealing with some injuries, you can expect Hambone to be in the lineup pretty much every day. On Sunday, he was the hero with a pinch-hit, two-run double with two outs in the bottom of the ninth. For the weekend series, Hamilton was 5-for-11 with two homers and two doubles. Oh, and against Tuesday's SP for the White Sox, Jeff Samardzija? All Hamilton has done has take him yard twice in six career at-bats.

In mid-April, we recommended Baltimore CF Adam Jones, and it was a decent pick, as he managed a hit, a walk and a run that night. Well, Jones ($8,137) has cooled lately (2-for-15 over the last four games), but Monday was his first game back after hurting his ankle last week and he's expected to play the field Tuesday after DHing last game. Given Jones' history against Houston SP Collin McHugh (3-for-6 with a homer), we're expecting B-More's main man to snap out of his mini skid on Tuesday.
